WHO WE ARE

Maxim Engineering is a full service engineering firm that provides a broad range of services throughout the Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee regions. We were established in 1981 primarily as a Mining Engineering company. Since that time we have expanded our business to encompass many different areas of engineering, and our staff has grown accordingly. We are proud of our commitment to our clients, and strive to further existing relationships with clients while seeking to establish new ones as well.

We seek to provide an atmosphere in which our employees can challenge themselves with new and exciting projects, while also enjoying the work that they are doing. We encourage staff to further their knowledge in continuing education, and provide an opportunity to use that knowledge and apply it to real life scenarios.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

We are proud of our commitment to the community and support our staff in their decisions to participate in activities such as mentoring students, teaching classes, supporting local charities, and volunteering at community events. Many of our staff are involved in local planning boards, churches, civic boards, non-profit organizations,  extra-curricular student activities, and supporting youth. We encourage our staff to get involved in whatever way possible to make a difference in our local community.
